These Gift Card Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, use, and redemption of all electronic gift cards issued by or on behalf of Elizabete Bakery Company LLC, operating as Elizabete Artisan Bakery + Coffee Shoppe®. By purchasing, receiving, or using a gift card, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use a gift card.
Gift cards are issued by Elizabete Bakery Company LLC and are processed and administered by Toast, Inc. our third-party ordering and payment platform provider. Toast maintains the gift card system, records balances, and processes redemptions on our behalf. Toast’s platform terms and privacy policy are available at pos.toasttab.com.

Gift cards may be purchased through our online ordering platform at order.elizabetebakery.com.
Gift cards are available in denominations displayed on the ordering platform at the time of purchase.
Payment for gift card purchases is processed securely through Toast, Inc. using all major credit cards.
Gift cards purchased as gifts are delivered by Toast to the recipient email address or phone number provided at checkout. Please verify the recipient’s contact information carefully before completing your purchase. Elizabete Bakery Company LLC is not responsible for gift cards delivered to an incorrect address due to a purchaser error at checkout.
Gift card purchases are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on gift card purchases, except as required by applicable law.
By purchasing a gift card, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Florida Law Disclosure: Under Florida Statute 501.95, gift cards purchased in Florida may not have an expiration date. Elizabete Artisan Bakery + Coffee Shoppe gift cards have no expiration date and will remain valid indefinitely. Any attempt to impose an expiration date on a gift card issued by this business would be void and unenforceable under Florida law.
Your gift card balance will remain available for redemption regardless of how long it has been since purchase or last use.
Florida Law and Federal Law Disclosure: Under Florida Statute 501.95 and the federal Credit CARD Act of 2009 (15 U.S.C. 1693l-1), implemented by Regulation E (12 CFR 1005.20), no fees of any kind may be charged in connection with a gift card purchased in Florida. Elizabete Artisan Bakery + Coffee Shoppe gift cards are subject to no fees whatsoever, including no dormancy fees, no inactivity fees, no service fees, no account maintenance fees, no administration fees, and no cash-out fees. This is an unconditional commitment.
Gift cards are redeemable exclusively through our online ordering platform at order.elizabetebakery.com. They may be applied to the purchase of any available product at the time of redemption.
Important: Gift cards are not redeemable at any physical retail location. No physical retail location currently exists. If a physical retail location is opened in the future, redemption options will be updated accordingly.
Gift cards are not currently redeemable at farmers market events or pickup locations unless that capability is specifically enabled in our ordering platform at the time of the transaction. The current available redemption options are always reflected in the ordering platform at checkout.
To redeem a digital gift card online, enter the gift card code at checkout on order.elizabetebakery.com. The gift card value will be applied to your order total. If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by credit card. If the order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will remain on the card for future use.
Gift cards may be used for partial payment of an order. The remaining balance after partial use will be retained on the card and is available for future purchases. There is no minimum redemption amount.
To check your gift card balance, contact us at info@elizabetebakery.com with your gift card code. We will provide your current balance within 48 hours. Balance information may also be visible within the ordering platform at order.elizabetebakery.com at the time of checkout.
Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or refund, except to the extent required by applicable Florida law. Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Gift cards may be transferred or given as gifts. The person in possession of the gift card code may redeem it. Elizabete Bakery Company LLC is not responsible for and will not replace gift cards that are transferred, shared, or disclosed to third parties by the original purchaser or recipient.
Gift cards are treated like cash. Elizabete Bakery Company LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced unless the original purchaser provides proof of purchase, including the order confirmation showing the original gift card code. Even with proof of purchase, replacement is subject to our ability to deactivate the original card and issue a replacement through Toast’s platform. Contact us immediately at info@elizabetebakery.com if you believe your gift card has been lost or stolen.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gift card code. Elizabete Bakery Company LLC is not liable for any unauthorized use of your gift card code by a third party. We will not issue refunds or replacements for balances used by unauthorized third parties who obtained your code through your own actions or negligence.
Elizabete Bakery Company LLC reserves the right to cancel or void any gift card that we reasonably believe was obtained, used, or transferred fraudulently, in violation of these terms, or in connection with any illegal activity. No refund will be issued for canceled or voided cards where fraud or misuse is suspected. We reserve the right to take legal action against individuals who engage in fraud or misuse of our gift card program.
In the event of a technical issue with the ordering platform that prevents you from redeeming your gift card, please contact us at info@elizabetebakery.com. We will work with Toast, Inc. to resolve the issue and ensure your balance is honored. Elizabete Bakery Company LLC is not responsible for technical issues or outages caused by Toast’s platform infrastructure, provided we take reasonable steps to resolve them.
In the event that Elizabete Bakery Company LLC ceases business operations, outstanding gift card balances remain the responsibility of Elizabete Bakery Company LLC and will be addressed in accordance with applicable Florida law, including the requirements of Florida Statute 501.95 and any other applicable consumer protection statutes in effect at that time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any cessation of business to the extent practicable.
Personal information collected in connection with gift card purchases and redemptions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.elizabetebakery.com/privacy-policy and Toast’s privacy policy at pos.toasttab.com/privacy. Gift card purchase and redemption data is processed and stored by Toast, Inc. on our behalf.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elizabete Bakery Company LLC’s total liability for any claim related to a gift card shall not exceed the face value of the gift card at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to the purchase, use, or inability to use a gift card.
We reserve the right to modify these Gift Card Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Changes will not affect the core rights guaranteed by Florida Statute 501.95 and the federal CARD Act, including the no-expiration and no-fee protections. Any modifications that would materially reduce your rights under an existing gift card will not take effect until reasonable notice has been provided.
These Gift Card Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida. These terms are designed to comply with Florida Statute 501.95 (Gift certificates and credit memos) and the federal Credit CARD Act of 2009 (15 U.S.C. 1693l-1) and its implementing regulation, Regulation E (12 CFR 1005.20).
