Maia is an AI-powered virtual assistant available through our website chatbot at www.elizabetebakery.com and, on our voice line at +1 (561) 246-6945, only after you accept an automated notice by pressing 1. Calls to that number are answered first by Twilio, not by Maia; nothing you say is transcribed unless and until you press 1, and call audio is never recorded. The full description is in Section 4.2 of our Privacy Policy. By interacting with Maia, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Maia is an automated AI system, not a human. Responses generated by Maia are produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or current.
Maia is designed to answer questions about our products, ordering process, delivery schedule, brand story, and general inquiries. Maia does not process payments, modify orders, or access your order history.
Maia does not provide legal, medical, financial, or nutritional advice. Any information provided should not be relied upon for such purposes.
For customer service escalations, Maia may request your phone number to facilitate a response from our team via SMS. By providing your phone number, you consent to exchange transactional customer-care SMS messages with us about your inquiry. You may reply to those messages and our assistant will answer. Message frequency varies, typically one reply per inquiry. You may opt out at any time as described in our SMS Terms.
Interactions with Maia may be processed by third-party AI platforms: Anthropic Inc. (website chatbot and inbound SMS conversations) and, for the voice assistant, VAPI Inc. (which provides GPT-4o through its enterprise infrastructure, together with Deepgram and Hume). Messages are delivered by Twilio Inc., and session data is held briefly in a database operated by us, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your interactions are subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Maia or any of its features at any time without notice.
When Maia requests your phone number to escalate a customer-service inquiry and you provide it, you agree to receive customer-care SMS messages from Elizabete Artisan Bakery + Coffee Shoppe under the following terms:
Program name: Elizabete Artisan Bakery + Coffee Shoppe Customer Service.
Message types: Customer service responses directly related to the inquiry you raised with Maia.
Eligible participants: US residents age 18 or older with a US mobile phone number.
Message frequency: typically one reply per customer-service inquiry. We do not send recurring or marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
To request help, reply HELP to any message from +1 (561) 246-6945, or contact us at info@elizabetebakery.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We will never sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
