Elizabete Artisan Bakery + Coffee Shoppe

FIVE STORIES, SIX CUPS

4 oz, Espresso, Carregal’s Lockdown Spark

The godfather’s home in Carregal, Alvaiázere, where Elizabete’s dream was born during the 2020 lockdown. This is where the spark became a decision.

8 oz, Hot, Ancestral Grapes and Ruins

Twisting grapevines honor the Galegas sourdough born in Alvaiázere. Inspired by grapes from Elizabete’s ancestral vineyard and the ruins of her grandparents’ 19th-century home beside it. A tribute to the history that sparked our artisan journey.

12 oz, Hot, Azenha’s Pure Spring

Flowing blues and gentle ripples, with São João’s serene presence, capture the natural spring in Azenha, where Elizabete gathered water with her parents. The pure water that became the second element of Galegas. A symbol of life-giving memory.

12 oz, Hot, Galician Flour Fusion

Golden wheat and swirling lines celebrate the artisan stone-milled flour from Galicia, Spain, the third element that completed the Galegas sourdough. Earthy tones, Iberian heritage, tradition and craft in every detail.

16 oz and 20 oz, Cold, The Full Table

Clear and transparent, both cold cup sizes carry the same chalk-style illustration, real breads and pastries baked by Elizabete, rendered as floating artwork alongside grapes and the brand’s floral motif. The full Elizabete world in one cup.
